NO RETURN

As the products are handcrafted, specially designed jewels and stones as can be seen from the specification of the product, available with an option of detailed enquiry on the product from the seller, there will not be acceptance of return under any circumstances whatsoever.

CANCELLATION

i. Cancellation is only allowed after placing of an order and at any time before its dispatch.

ii. Upon such request, order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.

iii. If the product is dispatched, request for cancellation will not be entertained.

CONDITIONAL EXCHNAGE

i. In the event of any damage to the products arising out of transit or in event, the product does not meet the specifications as provided in the description of the same or if an incorrect product has been delivered, then the product can be exchanged with a request for exchange initiated within a period of 24 hours of delivery of the product.

ii. After receipt of the product sought to be exchanged and quality check by the seller if it is satisfied that the request for exchange is under genuine circumstances, the product will be replaced at free of cost including free shipping.

iii. In the event, a different product is intended to be purchased:

In case a product of a higher price is purchased, the difference amount has to be paid;

In case a product of a lower price is purchased, a voucher will be issued for the difference amount. The validity of the voucher will be 180 days from the date of its issue.

iv. After receipt of the product and quality check if it is satisfied that the request for exchange is not genuine for reasons such as product being tampered and not in original condition, tag being removed, warranty card or any other items missing and not as delivered or it is noticed that the product has been put to use, under all such instances the seller reserves the right to decline exchange and dispatch back the product with costs of delivery added on to the buyer.
